Pork Chops Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 center cut pork chops
    1 can tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    rice
    salt
Preparation
    Salt pork chops and brown slightly.
    Cut the onion and green pepper in rings. (Same amount as pork chops.)
    Place onion and green pepper on bottom of skillet. Add 1 heaping tablespoonful of rice for each pork chop.
    Place pork chops on top.
    Pour the tomatoes on top of all. Sprinkle salt and add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water.
    After coming to a boil, turn on low for 45 minutes. Cover.
