Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. milk
1 c. rice, cooked
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Add milk and cheese and stir until smooth.
Add rice and corn.
Salt and pepper to taste; pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
