Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Unthaw vegetables.
Mix mayonnaise and soup together.
Mix vegetables, cheese and onion.
Pour soup mixture over vegetable mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in baking dish and top with cracker crumbs.
Pour margarine on top of cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
