Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. Miller Lite beer
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 green pepper
    1 carrot, peeled and grated
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend sugar, milk, beer, vinegar and salt. Combine cabbage, green pepper and carrot. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Blend all together and chill. Just before serving, toss lightly. Yields 1 quart.
