Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. undrained crushed pineapple (8 1/4 oz. can)
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation
    Mix and sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon into a medium bowl.
    Beat eggs and sugar together; stir in oil, carrots and pineapple.
    Stir in sifted dry ingredients and vanilla. Grease and flour bread pans.
    Spoon batter into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Check with toothpick.
