Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 large can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cornstarch
whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional)
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine peaches with syrup, cornstarch and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil, then simmer approximately 10 minutes. Place peaches in a baking dish.
