Chili Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 ripe tomato, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dices
1/2 c. pitted black olives, chopped
1 tsp. finely minced garlic
1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
finely grated zest of lemon
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or parsley
salt and pepper to taste
4 toasted hamburger buns
1/3 c. sour cream (optional)
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Prepare grill for grilling.
Place meat in bowl and mix well with tomato, olives, garlic, mustard, chili powder, basil, oregano, lemon zest and dill.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Gently form into 4 patties.
