Deep-Dish Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick or 1 Pillsbury pizza crust
    3/4 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    pepperoni
    Canadian bacon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0. Lightly grease jelly roll pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured surface. Knead 20 times. Pat dough on pan bottom with floured hands. Go up side of pan with dough. You can use Pillsbury pizza crust and put in pan the same way.
