Cherry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 can sour pitted cherries, drained
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Line 9-inch square baking dish with 2/3 of buttered crumb mixture.
    Whip the cream.
    Mix sweetened milk and lemon juice. Beat well.
    Add cherries, pecans and whipped cream.
    Fold in gently.
    Pour into crumb-lined pan; top with remaining crumbs. Chill in refrigerator.
    Cut into squares for serving.
    May be frozen if desired.
