Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed turnips
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. light cream
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 to 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except for 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
    Whip together with a fork. Turn into buttered 1-quart casserole.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
