No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/3 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs with mixer; add sugar at low speed.
    Add oleo, vanilla and milk.
    Add flour.
    Stir in coconut by hand.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Crust forms on the bottom, custard in the center and coconut comes on top.
