Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. pkg. enriched precooked rice (uncooked)
1 slightly beaten egg
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. chopped instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt and 1/4 cup soup.
Mix these well and shape into small balls, about 20. Place in large skillet; mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce together.
Pour mixture over meatballs. Bring to full boil, then reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
Keep stirring often; add a little water if needed. Serves 4.
