Monaco Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    4 strips bacon
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 (2 1/2 oz.) chipped beef, broken into small pieces
    chopped parsley
    2 c. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of ungreased 8 x 12-inch baking dish with chipped beef. Wrap each breast half with 1/2 slice of bacon. Place these over the beef.
    Mix sour cream, parsley, soup and mushrooms.
    Pour over the breasts.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve over cooked rice.
