Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 medium onion
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. chopped, stuffed olives
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Wash the broccoli. Peel stems.
Remove rosettes and cut into small pieces.
Chop stems.
Chop the onion, eggs and olives.
Mix all together and add the mayonnaise.
Mix, then marinate in the refrigerator at least 1/2 day.
(I only use 2 hard-boiled eggs when I make this recipe.)
