Ingredients

1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
4 medium potatoes
1 small onion
flour
Preparation

Put egg, salt and milk in blender.
Turn on long enough to blend.
Then add potatoes, cut in small pieces, and onion, quartered.
Blend.
Take off blender and add a little flour, enough to make the right consistency.
Fry in oil.
