Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing hen or chicken parts
    1 box Ritz crackers
    1 can mushroom soup
    3 eggs
    1 c. celery
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    enough broth to mix and have very moist
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove bones and cut into small chunks.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
