Turkey Balls With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    2 c. lightly packed bread crumbs
    1 good size onion, finely chopped in processor or blender
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. or less salt
    black pepper to taste
    3 cloves fresh garlic, put through press or chopped
    1 tsp. Italian herbs
    1 (28 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste, plus 1 paste can water
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    7 or 8 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Empty all canned tomatoes into large top of stove pot.
    Add paste can of water and, as mixture is cooking, mix thoroughly. Let cook until it begins to bubble on top.
    Put turkey into large bowl.
    Add onion, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, mixed with ketchup, and 2 ice cubes with a little water to moisten.
    Add Egg Beaters, garlic and 1/2 of the Italian herbs.
    Mix thoroughly either with fork or hands.
    Let stand for about 1/2 hour in order to have crumbs absorb moisture.
