Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft, fresh, low calorie, low-fat bread crumbs (about 2 slices)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 c. fat-free Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 stick melted low-fat margarine
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    In Tupperware bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Wash and pat dry the chicken parts.
    Dip chicken into melted margarine, and place in bowl with crumb mixture.
    Cover tightly and shake to cover chicken.
    Arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture and pour remaining butter over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes.
