Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 pkg. Kraft Mozzarella cheese, chopped fine
12 Ronzoni manicotti shells
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine Ricotta cheese, half of Mozzarella cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Fill the uncooked Manicotti shells, using paring knife to fill.
Pour half of sauce (below) in bottom of dish.
Put in shells in single layer.
Cover with other half of sauce.
Cover with foil and place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Remove foil.
Sprinkle with remaining half
of Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
