Mashed Potatoes With Cream Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            10 to 12 large baking potatoes, peeled and halved
 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. dairy sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Boil potatoes 20 to 25 minutes or until tender; drain.
 
In a large bowl of electric mixer, combine potatoes with all other ingredients.
Beat until creamy and smooth.
Spoon into buttered microwave dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
