Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
2 c. pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
3/4 to 1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix the first 7 ingredients, then other ingredients.
Use 6 or 7 small aluminum pans.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Makes great gifts for Christmas.
