Toffee Cream Royale Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 layer cake
    3 3/4 c. milk, chilled
    2 1/4 c. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. instant coffee
    3 pkg. butterscotch pudding (instant)
    3 c. English walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Variation: Use chocolate instant pudding. In place of coffee, use few drops peppermint extract.
