Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    1 large can olives, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped (tops too)
Preparation
    First, lay on a large platter, jalapeno bean dip.
    Second, peel, pit and mash avocados.
    Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread for next layer.
    Third, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Fix the remaining ingredients in layers.
    Serve with round tortilla chips or Tostitos.
    This is great for parties.
