Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 medium-size zucchini, grated (2 c.)
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together.
Combine eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini in a large bowl.
Beat well.
Stir in the flour mixture until smooth. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 40 minutes or until center springs back when lightly pressed with fingertips.
