Fat Free Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. nonfat powdered milk (liquid)
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. nonfat yogurt (plain or vanilla)
    1 banana, mashed or 3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix cereal and milk; put aside.
    Stir flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; set aside.
    Add egg, yogurt, applesauce and banana or raisins to cereal mixture; mix well.
    Add flour mixture, stirring only until all ingredients are moist.
    Bake in muffin tins about 20 minutes or until golden brown at 400\u00b0.
