Eagle Brand Milk(Condensed Milk) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. hot boiling water

Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender and mix.
Use in any recipe that calls for condensed milk.
