Possum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 container cool whip
    Coconut
    30 ritz crackers
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
    Crush crackers, mix with egg whites and nuts.
    Put in greased pie plate.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Cool, cover with cool whip and add coconut.
