Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked grits
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook grits. Remove from heat; let cool for 10 minutes.\tAdd butter, milk and cheese. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Bake in greased casserole for 1 hour in 400\u00b0 oven. Serves 6 to 8.
