Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

1 lb. sausage, crumbled
1/4 c. onion
1 (14 oz.) can kraut, drained
dry bread crumbs
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Saute sausage and onion in skillet until sausage is done; drain.
Add sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic and pepper; stir in sauerkraut mixture.
Chill for 1 hour, then shape into 3/4-inch balls.
Coat balls with flour and dip in mixture of eggs and milk. Then coat balls with bread crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
