Stephanie'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 eggs
    8 c. fruit (coat with flour from 4 c.)
    2 c. golden raisins
    2 c. apricots
    4 c. other fruit (your choice)
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix baking powder, salt and flour.
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time into butter/sugar mix, beating well after each one.
    Stir in fruit. Mix well.
    Lien pans with parchment and Crisco.
    Pour batter in pans. Makes 3 or 4 loaves.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pans.
