Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except last 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Place in greased casserole pan.
    Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This tastes like macaroni and cheese.
