Seven Minute Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender.
Pour into well-greased 10-inch pie plate.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
If in glass dish, lower heat to 300\u00b0.
Cool.
Top with canned cherries, strawberries, etc.
