Kaluha - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. distilled water
10 heaping tsp. instant Maxwell House coffee
3 c. sugar
1 vanilla bean, split down middle
2 c. 100 proof vodka
Preparation

Simmer water, coffee and sugar for 2 hours.
Let cool.
Add vanilla bean and vodka.
Bottle in a dark bottle; let sit 3 weeks. Shake occasionally.
