Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar and flour.
    Scald 1-quart milk.
    Add a little to egg mixture, then add eggs to rest of milk and cook until thick.
    Cool and add extract.
    Use 1 pint cream for 1 gallon, finish filling with milk to 1 or 2 inches from top.
    A very good old recipe.
