Polenta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 qt. water
Preparation

In 3-quart ring pan, combine corn meal, water in pan, cook uncovered at 70% power (Medium-high) for 26 to 30 minutes stirring occasionally until thick.
Set aside to cool and then refrigerate. Slice and serve or better yet, fry the slices in a little butter or olive oil.
Serve with tomato sauce, tomato sauce stew, poultry, ground beef, fried eggs; for breakfast, with maple syrup and butter.
