Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    8 1/2 oz. can pineapple, crushed
    2 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add carrots, pineapple and nuts and pour into three 9-inch tins, greased and floured, or two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
