Jogging In A Jug - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. apple juice
    1 qt. pure grape juice
    1/2 c. honey
    6 oz. unpasteurized vinegar (can be found at health stores)
Preparation
    Mix all together and chill.
    Drink 1/4 cup every day.
    Makes you really feel good, as when you jog.
