Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 pkg. breakfast sausage
onions, bell pepper and seasonings to taste
grated Mozzarella and/or Cheddar cheese (optional)

Preparation

Cook sausage with seasonings.
Drain.
Roll bread dough until flat.
Add meat and cheese. Fold bread dough over to form jelly roll.
Let rise.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
