Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. canned biscuits
    1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef (lean)
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon if turkey is used
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. tomato paste
    3/4 c. water or more
    1 pkg. taco seasoning*
    6 oz. grated Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Press biscuits into 9 x 13-inch baking dish (spray dish). Brown turkey, peppers, onions and bouillon in pan.\tAfter this is well browned, add tomato paste, water and taco seasoning*.\tPut 1/2 mixture on unbaked biscuits.
    Spread 1/2 cheese on top of meat.
    Put remainder of meat on top of cheese and cover with remainder of cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crust is brown.
