Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. milk
3 tsp. sugar
1 small jar pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Melt cheese in double boiler, then add rest of ingredients, except mayonnaise.
Cook 30 minutes in double boiler.
Take off stove.
Add mayonnaise.
Beat until creamy.
Pour into container and refrigerate.
