Squash Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. shredded squash
    1 Tbsp. coconut extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, squash, coconut extract and lemon extract in medium bowl; mix well.
    Stir in flour and butter.
    Spoon into pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
