Mexican Chicken Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    12 green olives, cut up
    1 Tbsp. dried capers
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. rice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Put chicken, oleo, olives, capers, onion, pepper and tomatoes in large pan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook until chicken is done.
    Remove chicken from bone.
    Add rice and water. Cover pan and cook until rice is tender.
    Serves 4.
