Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 stick margarine
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions, then drain. Return to stove on low heat and add margarine and Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted, then pour into casserole dish.
Crumble Ritz crackers on top to cover.
Lay 3 to 4 pats of butter on top of crackers.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until crackers are golden brown.
