Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and onions until tender. Drain and put in large dish. Cook butter, flour, salt and milk until thick. Then add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes and bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
