Lo-Cal Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1/6 c. oil or less
    onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix onion soup mix and oil.
    Add raw potatoes that have been washed and diced with or without peeling.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8. Exchanges:
    1 bread and 1/2 to 1 fat.
