Mary Kohr'S Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce plus 1/4 can water
    3 to 4 onions, quartered or 15 small onions
    1 bunch carrots, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Mix together in large casserole or pot.
    Bake, covered, for 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over noodles.
