Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix everything in mixer and then beat.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan about 40 to 45 minutes or when toothpick is dry.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
