Philly Fruit Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. candied fruit
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, oleo, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs; beat. Add flour, leaving 1/4 cup to stir into fruit.
Fold in fruit and nuts.
Pour in loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; in small pans for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 small pans.
