Frozen Strawberry Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strawberries, rinsed and crushed
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    powdered sugar or honey (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a large bowl with mixer, beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating constantly until meringue is thick and glossy. Add 1 cup crushed strawberries. Beat on medium speed just to blend.
