Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. butter or oleo softened
    1/2 c. onion chopped
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, butter, onion, soup, salt, pepper and sour cream in large bowl. Spread in a 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hash browns are tender.
